Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level Bilingual candidates who are fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about starting a career in a bilingual environment, even without prior BPO or bilingual experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Use Mandarin or Cantonese to assist with customer service tasks.
Engage in communication with clients and customers in the designated language.
Accurately read, write, and speak in the respective language.
Requirements:
High school graduates are welcome to apply.
No prior BPO or bilingual experience required, but proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin or Cantonese is essential.
Must have a working visa or permanent visa in the Philippines.
