Job Description

Description :

- Create and design training materials, including presentations, manuals, handouts, and other resources, tailored to the audience's needs and the training program's objectives.
- Evaluate the training needs of employees or clients through surveys, interviews, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
- Track and monitor trainees' progress throughout the training program, provide feedback and support as needed, and adjust the training approach to meet learning objectives.
- Assists the training supervisor and HCMD Head in overseeing the Company’s Career Development Programs while tracking employees' records and progress within CLAP initiatives.
- Work closely with managers, supervisors, HR personnel, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, align training objectives with organizational goals, and ensure buy-in and support for training initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement or modifications as needed.
- Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, evaluations, and other relevant data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide documentation for reporting purposes.
- Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned based on business needs.

Requirement :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources,
- Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of work experience in training, teaching, or instructional design.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and audience needs.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Preferably has knowledge of POS Terminals.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Willing to work immediately.
