Job Description
Join the talented team at One Outsource Direct Corporation as a Sales Associate in our vibrant retail store located in Las Pinas City Metro Manila. This is a full-time, commission-based role where you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth for our leading consumer products brand.
What you'll be doing
Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to customers
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend relevant products
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Ensure the store is well-presented and merchandised at all times
Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory control
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
What we're looking for:
1+ years' experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner
Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs to product features
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues
