Sales Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure informed
• purchasing decisions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
2. Sales and Promotion:
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
• and increase sales.
• Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features.
3. Checkout and Transactions:
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
• Maintain knowledge of payment processing procedures and security measures.
4. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other sales associates and store management to achieve overall store goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills

 

Qualifications:
• College graduate in marketing/business administration/related field.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
