Job Description

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for overall recruitment operations and timely placement of talents across all business units. This role provides the opportunity to create and manage sourcing innovation through tools such as social media, LinkedIn, market mapping, networking, managing targeted campaigns and referral programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create job advertisements to attract qualified applicants
Ensures all jobs are posted in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Sourcing of candidates
Develop and manage the over-all recruitment process in the organization
Provide regular reports on recruitment activity as appropriate and develop attraction strategies based on information collected Stakeholder Management
Maintain effective relationships with all hiring managers across all Business Units
Initiate calibration sessions to maintain alignment on hiring requirement/s profiles
Attend calls, client meetings, client reporting, et al. Ensures timely communication with clients regarding recruitment service related concerns

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in the field of HR, Psychology or Organizational Communication
With minimum 2 years solid full cycle related work recruitment experience
Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as digital marketing, networking, boolean searches, and Employee Referral Program
Excellent computer skills and prior experience working with a resume database system
Extensive organization, time management and follow-up skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak with a diverse group of people
Must be a motivator with the ability to inspire and enact change despite tough challenges and demands
Willing to work in Makati (Hybrid)
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
