Job Description
- Ensures that all the time sheets are approved and have the signature of their supervisors.
- Notifies the team with the rejected and incomplete timesheets.
- Manually enters the clock details on the Time target based on the timesheets that they sent.
- Approves the clocking details individually and checking the overlapping time in and time out.
- Adds late run time sheets to make sure that the payroll team can process them in the next pay run.
- Assists with the concerns of the clients and candidates on the emails with regards to time sheets
- Puts all emails that are finished to enter in the actioned time sheets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have 1 year handling international payroll.
- Systems experience: Payroll/Accounting system proficiency and intermediate Excel skills.
- Familiarity with policies, procedures, award interpretation, EBA, or Modern Awards.
- Strong understanding of Time and Attendance systems.
- Ability to interpret and stay updated on relevant legislation.
- Proven track record in accurate payroll processing and confirmation.
- Excellent communication skills for internal customer service and collaboration with sales and resource employees.
- Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to handle ad hoc duties and contribute meaningfully to business development discussions.
- Commitment to ensuring compliance with laws and maintaining absolute integrity in all activities.
