Job Description

PERMANENT WFH POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers

• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries

• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions

• Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary

• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems

• Outstanding attendance record with minimal concerns

• Proficient in handling basic software, internet and has good navigation skills



QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent Communication Skills - oral, written and listening skills included

• Good computer skills

• Active listening skills and attention to details.

• Experience in the same role for at least 6 months

• WFH Ready with own equipment with at least i3 processor, 8GB RAM and Windows 10 Operating System, noise cancelling headset and has stable internet connection of at least 50mbps

• Amenable to work on graveyard shift
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
