Scheduling Coordinator/CSR be 100% YOU!

Purpose

The purpose of this position is to provide support in customer service administration and every-day tasks involved in the daily running of the business at first call HEALTH.

These duties are performed under direction and are conducted by following procedures and instructions provided by senior staff however upon completion of the training period the expectation is that you would be confident & capable to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

Answering phones, taking bookings/shift requests from clients, or handling any incoming enquiries from existing staff or potential staff to be onboarded by recruitment area.

Maintenance of basic record keeping via database where training has been provided.

Respond, Monitor & action all incoming emails from clients either directly or via our online bookings platforms (pls refer to training manual for further specific detail)

Perform regular check ins with clients to ensure their staffing deficits have been met & to try to source shifts for available staff on duty for your shift.

Follow the daily/weekly tasks lists and ensure all have been met.

Communicate with the team via TEAMS platform anything requiring follow up during the hours of 9-5 or when your shift is over.

Follow all reasonable and lawful instructions given to you by the company.

Undertake other duties as instructed and required by the company.

What it takes to be part of our team:

Basic administration knowledge

Professional phone manner & Customer Service Experience preferable

Ability to multitask & compose well under pressured moments.

Attention to detail online & via communication to staff

Basic computer skills with the ability to adapt to ever changing environments or upgrades.
