Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Draft and Preparation of corporate legal documents, letters and certifications of the company, reviews and drafting of various basic documentations including giving basic legal advice upon confirmation with the lawyers.
Assist in the processing of all legal concerns of the company 
Various Contract Reviews (Account Customer, HR, Vendor, etc.)
Due Diligence/Vendor Accreditation
Coordinates with External Lawyers regarding endorsed cases
Processing of messengerial errands, notary, transmittal
Correspondence with government agencies such as BIR, SEC, DOLE, BI, DFA for reportorial requirements of the companies 
Compliance with government registrations (SEC, etc.) 
Other legal services

Qualifications
Good English communication skills (oral and written) , Strong communication skill
with at least 3 years FMCG industry legal specialist working experience
Highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills
Attentive to every details of a certain task/assignment
Bachelor’s/College/Law Degree
Law Graduate is an advantage

Work Location: BGC, Taguig

SALARY RANGE: 40K-50K
