Job Description
• Draft and Preparation of corporate legal documents, letters and certifications of the company, reviews and drafting of various basic documentations including giving basic legal advice upon confirmation with the lawyers.
• Assist in the processing of all legal concerns of the company
• Various Contract Reviews (Account Customer, HR, Vendor, etc.)
• Due Diligence/Vendor Accreditation
• Coordinates with External Lawyers regarding endorsed cases
• Processing of messengerial errands, notary, transmittal
• Correspondence with government agencies such as BIR, SEC, DOLE, BI, DFA for reportorial requirements of the companies
• Compliance with government registrations (SEC, etc.)
• Other legal services
Qualifications
• Good English communication skills (oral and written) , Strong communication skill with at least 3 years FMCG industry legal specialist working experience
• Highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Attentive to every details of a certain task/assignment
• Bachelor’s/College/Law Degree
• Law Graduate is an advantage
SALARY RANGE: 40K-50K
