Sr. Digital and Social Media Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives
Manage and optimize e-commerce platform performance including product listings, promotions, and user experience
Create and manage engaging social media content calendars across various platforms
Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales
Manage display advertising campaigns across different apps and websites to maximize reach and brand visibility
Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations to optimize results
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress toward marketing goals
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful e-commerce marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and their advertising functionalities
Experience with display advertising and campaign management platforms (Google Ads, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent time management and organizational skills
