Job Description

To assist the Mortgage Advisors with the large amount of routine admin work that is involved in each client takes on. The aim is to keep the Mortgages Advisors talking to clients and not bogged down doing follow up tasks that although are essential, don’t make best use of the skills of the advisors.

A large part of the role will be updating the Companies CRM with fact finds and other information that the Mortgage Advisors collect from clients.

Typical duties will include:
• Receiving client information packs and fact finds from the Mortgage Advisors and creating or updating the client records on the CRM.
• Ensuring that all required information has been provided – This sometimes requires cross referencing information across different documents.
• Keeping a record of key dates when clients need to be contacted and updating the Mortgage Advisor.
• Sending out standard letter to client such as Letters of Engagement, Terms and Conditions etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience (working with a US/UK Client is a plus)
• Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Office and experience of working with a CRM.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
