With growing paint demands in the 90's, a bigger plant was set up in Cabuyao, Laguna, South of Manila in 1996 with an estimated capacity of 2,500tons/month. In 1995, Paint Marketing Company Philippines Inc. was established as the exclusive and sole distributor of Nippon Paint products. Today, the Cabuyao plant is producing industrial paints for automotive, appliances, coils, motorcycles and other related industries. NPP also manufactures auto refinishes, and varnishes. To make our products available throughout the country and to give the best possible services to our customers, a distribution network is set up. Job Description

Follows all standard operating procedures in every unit process related to paint production.
Adherence to quality policies and procedures based on NPCP Quality System.
Prepares materials requirements for production.
Performs actual processing according to set guidelines and instructions.
Ensure correctness in weighing and recording of materials charged/packed.
Fills up batch ticket neatly and correctly with the complete data required as per work instructions.
Complies with and participates to quality and environmental projects and other company activities.
Performs housekeeping of assigned work area after each process.
Carries out 5S activities and other company activities as well as in specific assignments.
Must strictly follow company's safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Batch panel submission
Panel trial and evaluation of product supplies
Bacth run and evaluation of product supplies
QUALIFICATIONS

Education: At least high school graduate
Experience: Preferably with at least 6 months work experience in a manufacturing set- up.
Other Skills: Driving Skills (with valid Driver's License)
Physically fit for labor-intensive work
