Job Description
We are seeking skilled Civil Engineers and Architects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the construction industry, encompassing project management, design oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement construction plans.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction projects, with strong technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in industry software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Willingness to learn the Japanese Language (N5) at least.

- 30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
