Customer Service Representative - Office Based (Day-shift)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 1 year work related experience.
- Great communication skills (oral and written). Proficient in spelling, grammar and have the ability to compose email correspondence to the customers.
- Patience, adaptability, analytical, interpersonal, and listening skills required for the job.
- Have a great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
- Must be willing to work in Brgy. Valencia, Quezon City.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns and handling complaints and returns.
- Communicate with customer via email and/or over the phone, record each transaction to determine frequent customer feedback or concerns.
- Perform variety of support tasks to offer exceptional service to customers like resolving customer.
- Provide a sound advice to customers with patience, empathy and professionalism.
- Working with logistics team member to create better methods to address customer complaints.
