Job Description

Candidate Sourcing: Actively sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events. Building a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Screening Applicants: Reviewing resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates who meet the basic qualifications for the position. Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, interest, and salary expectations.

Coordinating Interviews: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels. Communicating interview details, preparing interview agendas, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.

Candidate Communication: Keeping candidates informed about the status of their applications, providing feedback when possible, and answering their questions about the hiring process.

Assisting with the Selection Process: Participating in candidate evaluations and debrief meetings with hiring managers. Collecting feedback from interviewers and assisting in the decision-making process.

Reference and Background Checks: Conducting reference checks for selected candidates to verify employment history, skills, and qualifications. Coordinating background checks if required by the organization.

Onboarding Assistance: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires that includes collating the pre-employment requirements from the new hires and endorsing the 201 files to the HR Employee Services. Introducing new hires to their respective departments.

Maintaining Recruitment Systems: Updating and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases with candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions. Generating reports on recruitment metrics as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Graduate of BS Psychology or equivalent
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Strong analytical, verbal/ written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
