Project Management Specialist

* Education equivalent to 4 or 5 yrs of BS Degree
* 1 to 3 yrs of relevant experience in an IT environment is recommended.
* Total yrs of experience
* Project Management certification is an advantage.
* Strong soft skills: Leadership, Facilitation, Stakeholder management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly skilled at collaborating with business partners and translating technical terms into business language.
* Ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders and executive management.
* Ability to build positive, mutually beneficial relationships.
* Ability to kindle development in others, and precipitate them to provide their own direction and support.
* Experience building project proposals by providing the proposals for desired outcome is preferred.
* Experience building project plans, work breakdown structures and project reports is required.
* Experience managing multiple projects or a project portfolio/program is preferred.
* General relationship functions and relationship including networking, software development,telephony, and server infrastructure
* Proficiency with the ff tools: Excel, Sharepoint, MS Visio, Project Management Tools.
E.G. ASANA, MS Planner, MS Teams, ETC
* Must be outcome and results oriented.
* Must be an independent, self motivated professional with experience in a large corporate environment.
* Must be flexible and adaptable to dynamic environment; self aware of personal style and benefits of adjusting communication approaches to achieve joint objectives.
* Ability to work independently and in a fast paced multiple priority environment.
* Results driven with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
