Be part of our Company here at Mighty Lynx Solutions Inc. We are looking for Technical Service Desk who will be assigned here at Northridge Plaza Congressional Quezon City.

Job Qualification:
• Vocational/College Graduate (Any Technical Course)
• Computer Technology.
• Electrical Technology.
• Automotive Technology.
• Industrial Technology.
• Electronics Technology.
• Food Technology.
• Desire to learn and grow
• Ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritize
• Strong computer and troubleshooting skill
• High organized

Job Description:
• Do client inquiry regarding expired product and service warranty
• Assist Service Supervisor in doing proposal and making follow-ups
• Receives and handles requests for service via Phone, email and Chat
• Collect and check service report from Service Technician
• Create Weekly report regarding service ticket (Created, Done and Pending)
• Preparing of Service Technician daily schedule
