About the role

As a Sales Field Agent at DKC you'll play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth across the Quezon City Metro Manila region. This full-time position requires you to be on the ground, meeting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and securing new business opportunities for the company.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and identifying new sales leads within your assigned territory
Conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present relevant product and service offerings
Negotiating and closing sales agreements that align with the company's commercial objectives
Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Providing detailed feedback and reporting on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the sales industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs
Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using sales tracking and reporting tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
