Job Description

Job Summary:
The Marketing/Sales Manager will lead and oversee the marketing and sales team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. This role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing sales operations, and fostering a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing and sales activities with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar marketing/sales role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
