2D 3D Animator / Hybrid (2x WFH) / Taguig / Night Shift

The Role
Storytelling through Video: Communicate stories clearly through videos that the audience will understand and enjoy.

Creativity and Exploration: Discover and create engaging stories with a passion for design and video solutions.

Proactive Project Management: Improve client communications, manage schedules, update project statuses, meet with voice actors, and research stock footage/music.

Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand brands, markets, and trends, creating custom content for various platforms.

Attention to Detail: Produce meticulous creative outputs, act on feedback, and own the rationale behind video and motion graphic development.

Business Mindset: Treat projects with a sense of ownership and a growth mindset, with guidance from a line manager.

Qualifications
Portfolio Requirement: Include a portfolio that showcases your storytelling process, not just final products.

Educational Background: Degree in multimedia, animation, creative design, motion graphics, music/audio production, or communication arts.

Experience: 4+ years in 2D and 3D animation, explainer videos, concept art, storyboarding, audio editing, and design storytelling.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Project Management: Knowledge of Agile or Kanban, with experience using tools like Adobe Workfront and JIRA.

Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Operating Systems: Proficient in both Mac and Windows.

Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative spirit.

Work Schedule: Available to work North American hours (9 p.m. - 6 a.m. PHT).

Hybrid Work Setup: Willing to work in Taguig, with a hybrid schedule (2 days WFH per week).
