Senior Graphic Designer - Muntinlupa

Job Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and video content to support various marketing and communication initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, the ability to work with multimedia content, and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. The Senior Graphic Designer must also have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, to ensure the final deliverables align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Static Design:
o Develop compelling visual concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of print and digital materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email templates.
o Create original illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual assets to enhance the overall design.
o Ensure design consistency across all materials by adhering to the brand's visual guidelines.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
o Prepare print-ready files and provide guidance on production specifications.
2. Motion Design:
o Design and produce engaging video content, such as social media videos, explainer animations, and product promos.
o Develop storyboards, animations, and motion graphics to bring concepts to life.
o Optimize video files for various platforms and devices, ensuring high-quality playback.
o Incorporate sound effects, music, and voiceovers to enhance the overall video experience.
3. Content Creation:
o Work closely with the copywriting team to align visual design with the written content.
o Contribute to the development of messaging, tone, and overall brand voice through design.
o Ensure that all design elements, including typography, imagery, and layout, effectively communicate the intended message.
4. Project Management:
o Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
o Provide regular status updates and communicate any potential challenges or delays.
o Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain feedback.
o Maintain a organized file management system to ensure design assets are easily accessible

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with video editing software, motion graphics, and animation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions

Salary Package: P 30,000
Work set-up - Prefer full onsite but can negotiate hybrid to minimum
Contract duration - 1 Year Open Contract (Chance to be absorb depending on performance)
