Job Description
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
SALARY RANGE: ₱25,000 - ₱30,000
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration | May prefer candidates with a Master's Degree
- Preferably CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- With at least 2 years of experience in cost accounting, inventory control, or related financial roles
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles and methodologies, such as standard costing, job costing, and activity-based costing
- Understanding of inventory management principles, including inventory valuation methods (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, weighted average)
- Ability to analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost calculations and inventory records
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements, related to inventory valuation, financial reporting, and compliance
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, procurement) and present financial information to stakeholders
- Capability to troubleshoot accounting discrepancies, resolve inventory issues, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cost and inventory processes
