Job Description
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Computer literate Knowledge in Production and Material Planning Knowledge in Inventory Control Knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Microsoft Excel & Word) Possess data analysis skills, Well organized with excellent multi-tasking Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Research potential vendors
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Prepare cost analyses
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
