Job Description

Job Summary :

The PMO Assistant's primary responsibility is to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of project management practices across multiple telecom projects. This requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as engineers, technicians, and managers, to supervise every phase of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Additionally, the role involves estimating civil costs for infrastructure projects associated with telecom.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- PREFERABLY CIVIL ENGINEERING GRADUATE OR ANY ENGINEERING COURSE
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OSP CIVIL PROJECTS, COST ESTIMATION,PLANNING
- DEEP UNDERSTANDING IN OSP INFRASTRUCTURE & COST ESTIMATION IN OSP CIVIL PROJECTS
- EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE IN MS EXCEL/POWERPOINT

Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for project team members and Program Head for general inquiries.
Gather data from the project team to help create reports for higher management.
Creates cost estimates for civil projects, considering various factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and additional expenses.
Collaborate with project managers to gather input and ensure alignment on project requirements and cost assumptions.
Examines project acceptance documents signed by client to verify the accuracy of all items listed in the requested purchase order (PO).
Verify and validate subcontractor pricing against approved rates, pricing schedules, and contractual agreements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and billing officers to address any issues or clarifications needed regarding the approval of PO Creation request.
Collaborate with subcontractors to facilitate the completion and submission of Master Subcon Agreement (MSA) applications.
Address any issues or concerns raised by subcontractors during the MSA application process, working to find mutually beneficial solutions.
Establish quality assurance processes and standards for project deliverables
Facilitate communication among project heads and Program head through meetings, status updates, and other communication channels to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making.
Identify and address conflicts or disputes that arise during project execution, facilitate negotiations, and seek resolution to maintain project momentum and foster positive working relationships.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing project documentation and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate and coordinate with project managers, finance teams, and other departments to gather, verify, and reconcile project data, financial information, and address any issues, concerns, or discrepancies.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
