Warehouse Supervisor

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for directing all technical and administrative matters to production technicians and lab office staff.
Coordinates and seeks support from related departments to achieve production goals and objective
Updates the Daily Laboratory Report and reviews the daily tail-end
Ensures that daily tasks and shipment commitments are met
Ensures that all direct and indirect materials needed in the line are provided with secured monitoring of incoming and outgoing transactions
Helps improve UPH, productivity, yield and reduce cost
Monitor jobs to efficiently target 24 hours production lead time
Generates reports relating to any abnormality that has a direct impact on cost, inventory accuracy, consumables, and other laboratory matter
Check if actual procedures are documented and implemented
Ensures that orientation on new process or procedures is conducted to all technicians and staffs.
Reviews and analyzes daily performance metrics; UPH, lead time, WIP, and overall utilization.
Performs other duties as may be instructed by his/her immediate superior.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any Engineering or Management course
Has at least five years of experience as a supervisor in manufacturing set-up
Must possess analytical thinking and good communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office, 365, and SAP system
Amenable to work in Timog Avenue, Quezon City.
