Solutions Manager

Job Summary
Overall job function is to manage the security solution team of Maroev and provide technical leadership to the team. Train the team on products and services that the company offers to its clients and, support the company goal to expand its services.



Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the technical team of solutions engineers
2. Manage the pre and post-sales support and conducts high and low level product presentation to client
3. Coordinate with solution partners for technical escalation during POC, implementation and post sales support
4. Oversee the solution and design offered by solutions engineer to client
5. Oversee the activity during capacity planning, requirements gathering and project scoping
6. Collaborate with sales and project team during project implementation
7. Propose innovative solutions, evaluate feasibility, and make recommendations for technical advancements on products and services
8. Review partner’s credibility specifically on technical manpower and capabilities
9. Review product line and new solutions offered by partners
10. Conduct research on cutting edge technologies that will supplement solutions implemented to existing clients
11. Subject matter expert (SME) during product presentation
12. Develop processes and procedures resulting to efficient and effective output in every technical activity
13. Provide training syllabus to solutions engineers align with company products and market demands
14. Conducts performance appraisal to subordinates and monitor their KPIs
15. Provide summary report on a regular basis on team’s activities and accomplishments


Qualification

1. At least 10 years experience in Cybersecurity design and implementation
2. At least 10 years experience in administering Servers in Windows or Linux environment
3. At least 10 years experience in administering network devices such as Router, Switch and Firewall
4. At least 5 years experience as Solutions Architect or related position
5. SOC experience will be highly considered
6. Certification in any IT security, networks and data center will be highly considered
7. With hands on experience in installation and deployment of network and security solution such as NAC,
8. Firewall, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, SOAR, encryption, authentication and some VAPT related solutions
9. Effective client and vendor management
