Solutions Engineer

Job Summary:
Overall job function is to be the subject matter expert of products and solutions that Maroev offer to its clients.
Able to formulate, create, present, and deploy products or solutions to clients.



Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional after-sales support (L1-L2) to client
2. Collaborate with Account Manager to understand client requirements
3. Provide solution design and development tailor fit to client’s need
4. Recommend solution to client infrastructure based on VAPT result or after evaluation on client’s system
5. Conducts technical presentation and training session to client
6. Provide assistance to partners or vendors during client technical activities
7. Conducts capacity planning, requirements gathering and project scoping
8. Attend seminars, events, enablement and training of products or solutions.
9. Must be willing to undergo training and exam certification
10. Draft, create and formulate technical presentation materials and project documentation such as SLA, MOP and Test Plan that will be needed on a project or opportunity
11. Provide first level support to our clients. Escalate and manage issues that needs immediate attention
12. with our vendors and distributors. Provide on-site assistance if needed
13. Capacity to work as Solutions Analyst in an SOC environment


Qualification

1. Graduate of Engineering or IT related course
2. At least 3 years experience in IT Systems, Network and Security
3. At least 3 years experience in administering Servers in Windows or Linux environment
4. At least 3 years experience in administering network devices such as Router, Switch and Firewall
5. At least 2 years experience implementing Cyber Security products and solution.
6. IT related certification in any IT security, networks and data center will be highly considered
7. SOC experience will be highly considered
8. High organized, can work independently with minimum to no supervision
9. Good time management skills
10. Strong documentation skills
11. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Good communication skills
13. Possess critical thinking even during stressful situation and environment
14. Team player, maintain good relationship with other departments
15. Dedicated, passionate and take full responsibility of his/her work
