Job Description
2. Handle modifications and cancellations of bookings, resolving and updating any issues or discrepancies in airline ticket management and issuance, cancellation, refund, change procedures, and irregular handling, promptly and professionally.
3. Liaise with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers, and resort representatives for booking and reservation transactions.
4. Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions, and prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and booking trends.
5. Promote and sell travel packages, upselling additional services such as travel insurance, tours, and activities, and meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
6. Cooperate with team members and managers to improve project operations to achieve efficiency and high customer experience satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
• Experience in Travel BPO/Travel Agency and hands-on experience in travel bookings and changes is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Vocational Graduate/Completed 1 year in college if undergraduate.
• Knowledge of MS Applications (Excel).
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in web chat in a customer service environment.
• Excellent English writing skills: spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Work Arrangement:
Shifting Schedule (Monday to Saturday)
Fully on-site work
Amenable to work in McKinley Hill Taguig
