Are you thrilled about delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a lively Customer Service Representative. They will join our team in Pasay at the Mall of Asia.

Your Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and help about healthcare services.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Needed Qualifications
Must have at least two years of college completed.
Must have at least one year of BPO international voice account experience.
Provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) from your past work experiences.
During the endorsement process, candidates need to submit their curriculum vitae.
