Job Description
Computer/Laptop, Mobile Phone, CCTV, Cabinet Server, Printer and Scanner.(Must be knowledgeable in the following).
1. Borrowing,
2. Major and Minor Repairs,
3. Backup of Files,
4. Virus scanning using antivirus,
5. Quarterly PMS,
6. Inventory,
7. Giving Specification.
Scanning and Digitalization
1. Schedule and Maintenance in fileserver of scanned files.
2. Quarterly PMS of Scanner.
Creation of Digital Accounts
1. Creation of Gmail Account. – New Creation and issuance of google email
2. Sending Email Directory to every email users inside company.
3. Viber Setup, Creation of Viber Account.
4. QR Code Attendance, Creation of QR Code.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
• Fresh Graduate of any I.T Course 4 years.
• Knowledgeable in Computer Parts Outside and Inside of CPU units.
• Knowledgeable in Scanning Devices.
• Have good communication and inter personal skills
• Hardworking and Flexible in time can work O.T if necessary.
