Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Motorized Sales / Sales Saturator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on the Muntinlupa, Parañaque, and Las Piñas areas. This role requires candidates to have their own motorcycles, a valid driver's license, and experience in motorcycle driving. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales and expanding our customer base within the assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to generate sales. Promote and sell our products to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
Territory Coverage: Thoroughly cover the assigned areas (Muntinlupa, Parañaque, and Las Piñas) to ensure comprehensive market saturation. Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within these regions.
Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about our offerings. Distribute marketing materials and samples as needed.
Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inventory and stock levels.
Market Feedback: Gather and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activities to the sales manager. Provide recommendations for sales strategies and improvements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route plans. Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, sales guidelines, and safety regulations while performing duties.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a field sales or direct selling role.
Motorcycle Skills: Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver's license. Demonstrated experience in motorcycle driving is essential.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of the local market in Muntinlupa, Parañaque, and Las Piñas.
Basic proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for sales applications and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in FMCG sales.
Familiarity with the assigned geographical areas.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.
