Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Responds to telephone inquiries from patients, physicians, employees and other callers/customers regarding referrals, appointments, prescription refills, providermessages and services
• Facilitates new patient registration, updates current registration and insurance registration
• Validates and verifies insurance information using online tools
• Utilizes insurance verification department as needed
• Greets patients as they contact the center by telephone.
Needed Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience
• Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills
• Accepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
• Willing to work for Full time job
