CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Alphaland, Makati
Account: Healthcare
Salary: 19,000

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Handle inbound calls from customers and health providers.
-Assist customer requests for doctor's appointment, medicine replenishment, health insurance claims, etc.
-Answer inquiries about health insurance coverage.
-Make customer satisfaction the utmost goal for each call interaction
QUALIFICATIONS
-At least HS Grad (old curriculum) SHS Grad
-6 Months CCE -Preferred Healthcare and BFSI combined
-Average to good written and spoken English.
