Job Description
➢ A Junior Financial Analyst is a professional who specializes in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial plans to support the strategic decisions of an organization. This role involves close collaboration with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Jr-FA also works closely with management teams to forecast future financial performance and to devise strategies aimed at financial optimization and growth.

Objectives
➢ The primary objective of an Jr. FA is to assist in providing a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial status and to forecast its future financial health. This is achieved through: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Identifying trends and variances in financial performance. Developing financial models for predictive analysis. Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring. Providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
➢ Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and regulations.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, perform variance analysis, and forecast future financial performance.
➢ Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and implementation of budgeting strategies.
Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to guide strategic planning and
decision-making.
➢ Strategic Planning: Develop financial models to simulate different scenarios and assist in strategic planning. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business growth and profitability.
➢ Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations. Monitor financial discrepancies, fraud, or non-compliance issues and advise on corrective measures.
➢ Stakeholder Communication: Present financial reports to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Work closely with department heads and executives to provide financial guidance and support in decision-making processes.

Qualification Requirements
➢ Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as CFA or CPA) is highly advantageous.
➢ Experience: Proven experience in financial modelling, financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Familiarity with financial reporting software and advanced proficiency in Excel.
➢ Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey financial information and insights. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Salary Range: Php. 28,000-38,000
