Sr. Project Manager (Operations)

Grails and Build Corp (GAB Corp) is currently looking for a Operations Project Manager that will be responsible in providing project management support to all projects. Responsibilities:
Work together with Dept. Heads, etc. to establish the project's requirements.
Determine the resources (people, tools, and materials) required from beginning to end while keeping budgetary constraints in mind.
Promptly address deficiencies.
Monitor the work of mechanics, laborers, and others and provide guidance when necessary.
Evaluate your progress and provide thorough reports.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Guaranteed authority to oversee every phase of the project to ensure that deadlines are met.
Communicate with all different workers and administrative personnel across the project to ensure all tasks are performed promptly.
Oversee multiple projects at the same time.
Any other official duties as may be assigned by the Management.

Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent education.
Minimum 5 years of field experience.
Outstanding site management skills.
Well-developed managerial, analytical skills, and technical proficiency.
Excellent proficiency in English.
Strong communication skills with concise and clarity to multiple stakeholders e.g., clients.
Preferably near or residing in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
Ability to work in a team environment on standard and major projects.
Willingness to travel and be mobile.
Can start as soon as possible.

Additional Information:
This position will be based in all project sites.
The office location is in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
