Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including the timely recording of all transactions, reconciliations, and reporting
3. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
4. Manage a team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
5. Manage budgets and financial reporting for the agency
6. Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that financial data is accurate and up-to-date, and to provide support in financial planning and analysis
7. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, and adapt the agency's operations accordingly
8. Participate in the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes
9. Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities
10. Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements
11. Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business management, security management, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a security agency or related field
