Job Description

Work Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM from Monday to Friday, paid 1 hr lunch break.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent
• With strong experience in digital marketing, Google AdWords, Analytics, SEO, Advertising.
• Strong Communications skills
• Willing to work in Night Shift

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, for maximum visibility.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the content production process.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Perform regular website audits and implement necessary changes to improve site health and performance.
• Generate and present performance reports to management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Certification in SEO or related fields is a plus.

Benefit Structure:
• Monthly Basic Salary: Php 25,000.00 – 30,000.00
• 13th Month Pay: Prorated
