Marketing Associate

1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Assist in creating marketing collateral and coordinate with external agencies for timely delivery.

2. Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and conduct SEO to improve organic traffic.

3. Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to customer inquiries.
Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand reach and engagement.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Support email marketing campaigns and manage CRM database for data accuracy.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimization.

6. Administrative Tasks:
Manage chairman's calendar, arrange travel logistics, and initiate contact with stakeholders.
Prepare correspondence, assist in meetings, and handle confidential information.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and assist in organizing events.

7. Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks as required by the company and its subsidiaries.

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Proficiency in Chinese language is a must.
• With multilingual capabilities would be advantageous
