Receives photo reports of Project Coordinators and files them, properly in Project files in Desktop.
Typing of Punch-lists of Project Coordinators
Log-sheet of Coors and Agents itinerary
Encoding of all delivery receipts
Filling of documents
Sub-con monitoring and reports / informs AE and Project Coordinator of sub-con reports daily.
Keeps minutes of weekly meetings of projects coordinators – specially about job site status.
