 Responsible for management, supervision and control of production processes
 Efficient in tracking project schedules and ensures everything runs smoothly
 Ensure efficient and timely production within budget and quality standard
 Able to make decision on implementing improvements to production processes
 Make assessments on project requirements, including equipment and manpower resources
 Able to plan strategically
