Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented machine operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. You'll ensure the efficient running of production processes, monitor equipment for malfunctions, and perform periodic checks to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
1. Machine Setup: Prepare machinery for operation by setting up and adjusting machine settings according to specifications.
2. Operation: Operate machines to produce parts or products in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
3. Monitoring: Monitor machine operations to detect any issues and ensure continuous operation.
4. Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure smooth operation and longevity.
5. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify product conformity to specifications.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
7. Documentation: Record production and equipment maintenance activities accurately in logs or electronic systems.
8. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues during production processes.
9. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve any operational issues.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
Education and Training:
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
Work Environment:
• Typical manufacturing or production floor setting; may involve exposure to loud noises, moving machinery, and various chemicals or materials.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma in any field.
- Must be willing to be trained
- Must be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays from 6AM to 6PM
- Must be willing to work in Las Piñas Area
- No work experience required.
Work Responsibility:
- Operates machines (Netting, Twisting, Extruder, or Roping)

Mondays to Saturdays, long hours, shift required
