Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations in our food manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and facilities are in optimal working condition to support continuous production. They will lead a team of maintenance technicians, plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, and respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a food manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus.
