Job Description

1. Perform monthly review of general ledger accounts schedules and propose adjusting journal entries as necessary.

2. Perform monthly review of income statement with variance analysis.

3. Work closely with the project Engineering Manager for monthly reconciliation of the project. (As applicable)

4. Review of monthly cost of the project. Ensure project cost is within the project budget. (As applicable)

5. Ensure timely filing and payment of BIR Tax Returns.

6. Review the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

7. Assist in the analysis of actual vs budget report.

8. Ensure timely tax compliance with LGU (e.g. business permits, real property tax,etc.)

9. Assist in BIR Audit and other assessments from other agencies as needed.

10. Assist external auditors in interim and year end audit procedures.

11. Ensure timely submission of financial statements to BIR, SEC and other government agencies as needed.

12. Assist the Team in timely accomplishment of monthly closing activities, task and deliverables.

13. Ad-hoc projects and other job duties which may be assigned from time to time.
