Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized General Virtual Assistant to support our client with invoicing and various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Experience with invoicing and basic accounting practices.
Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Must be willing to work from office (Angeles City)
Must start immediately
