Salary: 50,000 - 90,000

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills, performance, and productivity, further preparing them for higher levels. This role involves identifying training needs, designing curriculum and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure they are aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Ensuring that the organization and its employees adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing training to employees to ensure a culture of compliance within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree holder
-With at least 5 years of experience in Training & Development.
-With at least 5 years of experience as HR Manager.
