Job Description
1. Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits
2. Manpower Payroll process and System Evaluation for support group, operations group, worker's weekly accomplishment payroll
3. Liase with employees, supervisors, managers and co-workers in problem resolution
4. Performance Management
5. Training development, Policy Making and implementation of HR Rules and Regulations within the organization
6. Assists in day-to-day operations of the Department
7. Performs other HR functions as assigned
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Masteral or Bachelor's degree in HR Management / Psychology
2. 10 years and above working experience
3. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Payroll system, expert in People Management, Labor Relations
4. Has strong personality, can work in a fast paced environment, flexible, trustworthy, high level of discretion with confidential matters
