Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required. An MBA or CPA may be preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills to contribute to overall business strategy.
- Leadership: Effective leadership and team management skills to guide the finance team. - Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey financial information to non financial stakeholders.

- Industry Knowledge: Preferably with an in-depth background in renewable energy financial operations (e.g., structuring of deals with financial institutions; and customers) and the regulatory compliances that go with it.
