Job Description
Work Arrangement: 3 days wfh; 2 days onsite; 8-5 pm work schedule
Work Location: Ortigas.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Project Management (at least with 3 full cycle implementation experience); 3 years of relative experience
Preference to be experienced in SW Project management

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that project is delivered within agreed scope and approved schedule and budget.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
Comply with established project methodology and approach.
Communicates project status, progress, issues/risks for escalation to the stakeholders.
Monitoring and resolution of project issues and mitigation of risks
Manages the project team members, ensuring that the right resources are deployed at the various phases of the project.
Lead and coach project team members in technical/non-technical aspects to ensure that they can complete project tasks and deliverables.
Determine metrics to properly reflect progress and on time monitoring of the project.
