Job Description
1. Clean the office / area by mopping and/or using cleaning materials.
2. Take out the garbage and empty bins and cans.
3. Service, cleaning, and supply restrooms.
4. Perform messengerial duties if needed.
5. Able to handle heavy equipment and knows how to use vacuum cleaner, pressure
washer, polisher, and familiar with chemicals.
6. Adjust and minor repairs.
7. Ensure doors are locked after hours.
8. Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
9. Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
1. With experience in janitorial
2. Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
3. Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
4. Willing to be assigned in Mckinley, Taguig
5. Full-time position(s) available.
6. At least high school graduate
7. Integrity and Ability to work independently.
